August 27 2018 Baltimore and Washington were being trapped by a massive heat wave. The areas that were trapped by heat were 20 degrees hotter than usual. The college students that volunteered from Portland state university were trying to figure out all the different areas that were the hottest in Baltimore and Washington. They all looked at maps and heat diagrams then they went to try and see what it felt like to be in the areas that were 20 degrees hotter. When they got to the areas that were hotter it was in a populated area so when they were asking the people who were in the heat they found more" No's" then "Yes's" and the "NO's" were from the heat because it made the citizens cranky.
